The Development of Low-Fire Wood Firing Techniques, and the Making of Monsters is a post-sabbatical exhibition by Salisbury-based artist and faculty David Smith. His focus began on developing glazes and firing schedules for low-fire wood firings nearing 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, which is a relatively un-explored process in the world of contemporary ceramics and pottery.
